Floyd County Youth Leadershiip

The Youth Leadership Floyd County program was designed for the participants to gain insight into the operations, available programs, services, and issues of Floyd County. The primary focus of the Youth Leadership Floyd County Program is to build a communication network of individuals willing to assist in advancing the county’s growth, along with spurring new and innovative ideas. This program gives students an inside view of Floyd County. The Youth Leadership Floyd County Program consists of high school sophomores from throughout Floyd County. Students accepted in the Youth Leadership Floyd County Program attend sessions on topics such as Economic Development /Tourism, Healthcare, Government, Education, and Leadership. Youth Leadership students are the leaders of tomorrow and the future of Floyd County!
